Sea Level Rise Adaptation Program: Coastal Floodplain Mapping
The Regional District of Nanaimo (RDN) requests proposals from qualified Professional Engineer(s), experienced in coastal engineering and in developing floodplain maps based on the specifications in the Provincial Coastal Floodplain Mapping - Guidelines and Specifications by Kerr Wood Leidal, 2011. The purpose of this work is for the Professional Engineer to provide the technical basis to develop coastal floodplain maps, identify flood hazards for future land use and to establish a Flood Construction Level (FCL).Proponents must refer to the complete Request for Proposals Documents for detailed information regarding proposal submission requirements. Proposals will be accepted until 4:00 pm Pacific Standard Time on February 14, 2018
