Process

The Rural Area Signage Project was undertaken during the spring and summer of 2017. The process included a region-wide community input process which involved broad stakeholder outreach and three open houses. The results of the process have been received by the Board and as a result further actions will be taken to improve the effectiveness of signage in rural areas.

The Rural Area Signage Project is now complete and the RDN wishes to thank those who participated in the planning process. The RDN will be proceeding with implementing the recommendations contained in the staff report.
