Applications to volunteer to act as Scrutineers for other voting
The Regional District of Nanaimo, on behalf of the Ministry of Community, Aboriginal and Women's Services, will be submitting the following question for vote on Saturday, November 16, 2002.

Applications to volunteer to act as scrutineers (not paid positions) for voting with respect to this question, will be received at the offices of the Regional District of Nanaimo at 6300 Hammond Bay Road, Nanaimo, B.C. between 9:00 a.m. on October 25, 2002 and 4:00 p.m. on November 4, 2002 and during that period, the applications shall only be received during regular office days and hours excluding holidays. Only applications from individuals entitled to vote as electors within the proposed incorporated area in Electoral Area 'D' can be considered. Application forms are available at the offices of the Regional District or on the RDN Website.
