Program and Lesson Evaluations

RDN Recreation and Parks wants to know, "How Are We Doing" ? By providing us with your feedback, we can continue to offer the best possible service to you and your family. Whether you are participating in swim lessons at Ravensong Aquatic Centre or a Pro-D program at Oceanside Place, we would like to hear from you.

  • The Lesson Evaluation may be used for swim, skate or hockey lessons at Ravensong Aquatic Centre or Oceanside Place.

  • The Program Evaluation may be used for other recreation programs, camps or out trips provided by RDN Recreation and Parks.
