Oceanside Place Energy Upgrades and Chiller Replacement Project
The Regional District of Nanaimo, hereinafter referred to as the "Regional District", invites Tenders for the Oceanside Place Energy Upgrades and Chiller Replacement Project.
SCOPE: Brief description of the project:
- Remove and legally dispose of existing equipment
- Supply and install new equipment
- Commission and troubleshoot as required.

Tenders in a sealed envelope and bearing the name of the firm bidding, must be submitted to the following specific physical location not later than 3:00:00 p.m. local time on the 22nd day of February, 2019 (the "Tender Closing"):
Regional District of NanaimoThere will be a non-mandatory site visit on January 29, 2019, at 10:00 a.m., meeting in the lobby at Oceanside Place 830 Island Hwy W, Parksville, BC. All persons in attendance must bring their own personal protection equipment (i.e., steel toe footwear, high visibility vest, etc.).

Tenders will not be opened in public. Unverified bid results will be posted on the Regional District of Nanaimo's website by 10:00 a.m. the business day following the Tender Closing.
This procurement is subject to Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement. The Regional District's language in its procurement documents shall be English.
