November 8, 2011 be adopted.

MOVED Director Stanhope, SECONDED Director Veenhof, that Development Permit
Application No. PL2011-166 to permit the construction of an addition to
the existing dwelling unit be approved subject to the conditions outlined in Schedules No. 1 to 2.
