                        BYLAWS

 

                        For Adoption.

 

                              Bylaw No. 794.07 – Amends the French Creek Fire Protection Service Establishment Bylaw. (All Directors – One Vote)

 

                                    That “French Creek Fire Protection Local Service Area Boundary Amendment Bylaw No. 794.07, 2009” be adopted.

 

                                    This bylaw extends the boundaries of the French Creek Fire Protection service area to include a property previously located in the Errington Fire Protection service area.

 

                              Bylaw No. 821.07 – Amends the Errington Fire Protection Service Establishment Bylaw. (All Directors – One Vote)

 

                                    That “Errington Fire Protection Local Service Area Amendment Bylaw No. 821.07, 2009” be adopted.

 

                                    This bylaw amends the boundaries of the Errington Fire Protection service area by including 20 properties previously located in the Parksville Fire Protection service area and by excluding 1 property now located in the French Creek Fire Protection service area.

 

                              Bylaw No. 1001.03 – Amends the Parksville Fire Protection Service Establishment Bylaw. (All Directors – One Vote)

 

                                    That “Parksville (Local) Fire Protection Local Service Area Boundary Amendment Bylaw No. 1001.03, 2009” be adopted.

 

                                    This bylaw reduces the boundaries of the Parksville Fire Protection service area by excluding 20 properties now located in the Errington Fire Protection service area.

 

                              Bylaw No. 1388.03 – Amends the Yellowpoint-Waterloo Fire Protection Service Establishment Bylaw. (All Directors – One Vote)

 

                                    That “Cassidy Waterloo Fire Protection Service Amendment Bylaw No. 1388.03, 2009” be adopted.

 

                                    This bylaw amends the Yellowpoint-Waterloo fire protection service establishment bylaw by changing the service area boundaries, the requisition limit and the name of the service from Yellowpoint-Waterloo to Cassidy-Waterloo.
