Electoral Area ‘C’ and designated within the Watercourse Protection Development
Permit Area, be approved subject to the conditions outlined in Schedule Nos. 1,
2 and 3 of the corresponding staff report and notification procedure pursuant
to the Local Government Act.

1987”, for the property legally described as Lot 37, District Lot 78, Nanoose
District, Plan 14275 be approved subject to the conditions outlined in
Schedules 1, 2 and 3, and subject to the Board’s consideration of comments
received as a result of public notification.

Nanaimo Land Use and Subdivision Bylaw Amendment Bylaw No. 500.340, 2007” be
waived and notice in accordance with Section 893 of the Local Government Act be given.
