Paul Lambert, Vancouver Island Health Authority, re Three-Year Capital Plan.

MOVED Director McLean, SECONDED Director Krall, that the correspondence received from the Vancouver Island Health Authority with respect to the three year capital plan, be received.

MOVED Director Westbroek, SECONDED Director McLean, that the Vancouver Island Health Authority be requested to present a verbal report to the Board with respect to the Three Year Capital Plan at a Board meeting prior to the January deadline for submissions.

2003 Provisional Budget for the Nanaimo Regional Hospital District.

MOVED Director Westbroek, SECONDED Director Holdom, that the Regional Hospital District 2003 provisional budget be approved raising property taxes of $4,789,200 (4%) and including equipment grants of $1,477,980 (2%).
