That the revised administrative guidelines for the Community Grants and Youth Grants programs be approved as presented in Attachment 1 with one amendment which is the deletion of item number 6 under Funding Criteria.

234-240 That the District 69 Recreation Fees and Charges policy not be amended to provide for prime and non prime time arena rental fees and that the District 69 Arena rental rates be reviewed as part of the 2003 Provisional Budget process.
