Procedure Bylaw No. 1199.01 � Rules of Conduct Amendment.

50-52 1. That the Board Procedure Bylaw be amended to include officers and employees within Section 3 � Rules of Conduct of the bylaw, and that late delegations be required to submit written requests by 1:00 pm on the day of the meeting in order to be included on an "Addendum".

2. That "Regional District of Nanaimo Board Procedure Amendment Bylaw No. 1199.01, 2000" be introduced and read three times.

3. That "Regional District of Nanaimo Board Procedure Amendment Bylaw No. 1199.01, 2000" be adopted.

Procedure Bylaw No. 1199.02 � Limiting Delegations Amendment.

53-55 1. That the Board Procedure Bylaw be amended to state that when more that 6 delegations appear on a committee or board agenda, all delegations shall be limited to 5 minutes each to make their presentations.

2. That "Regional District of Nanaimo Board Procedure Amendment Bylaw No. 1199.02, 2000" be introduced and read three times.

3. That "Regional District of Nanaimo Board Procedure Amendment Bylaw No. 1199.02, 2000" be adopted.

4. That delegations speaking on subjects pertaining to an item which is on the agenda be placed at the beginning of the meeting, and delegations speaking on items which are not on the agenda be placed at the end of the meeting.
