MOVED Director Holme, SECONDED Director McLean, that the "Nanoose Bulk Water Supply Main, Phase 1" contract for the supply and installation of the Nanoose Peninsula regional bulk waterline from the West Bay Estates water system to Claudet Road and along Northwest Bay Road be awarded to Fournier Excavating Ltd. for the tendered price of $493,567.31.

MOVED Director Krall, SECONDED Director Stanhope, that the 2000 through 2002 "Regional Landfill Surface and Groundwater Monitoring Program" contract be awarded to Morrow Environmental for the proposed price of $166,844.
