2-3 Minutes of the Regular Hospital Board meeting held February 8, 2000.

HOSPITAL

Year 2000 Annual Hospital Budget.

That a 2000 annual budget with a tax levy of $4,322,335 be recommended for approval and adoption by bylaw.

4-5 Bylaw No. 118.

That "Nanaimo Regional Hospital District 200 Annual Budget Bylaw No. 118, 2000" be introduced and read three times.

That "Nanaimo Regional Hospital District 200 Annual Budget Bylaw No. 118, 2000" be adopted.

That the Central Vancouver Island Health Region be advised that the 2000 annual budget is not able to include the cost sharing in the repair/upgrade projects for Trillium Lodge and Nanaimo Regional General Hospital.

Short Term Borrowing Authority for 2000.

That a short term borrowing resolution to a maximum of $2,000,000 for the purpose of paying debt retirement and bank interest charges be adopted.
