That the capital equipment lists presented by the Central Vancouver Island Health Region for fiscal 1999/2000 totalling $1,100,000, be approved as presented.

Terms of Reference for Joint Capital Planning Committee � Central Vancouver Island Health Region.

That the Board approve the Central Vancouver Island Joint Capital Planning Committee�s Terms of Reference and ratify the appointment of two Board members to the committee.

Post Occupancy Report on Eagle Park Health Care Facility Renovation.

That the final post occupancy report on the Eagle Park renovations be received for information.
